Ongoing Programs
AI Insights After School Program is designed to equip high school students with essential skills in Python programming, data analysis, and visualization over 10-weeks. Students engage in dynamic online lectures and hands-on lab sessions, allowing them to practice and refine their skills weekly. The program culminates in a collaborative capstone project, where participants apply their knowledge to solve a real-world problem, showcasing their findings at the end of the semester. This program offers a unique opportunity for students to explore data science in-depth while balancing their regular school commitments.
Discover the world of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence through our immersive 8-week online program. Designed for students in Grades 6-8, this course introduces key concepts in AI and data science. Students will explore real-world applications, learn to recognize patterns in data, and develop the skills to visualize, and interpret data. By the end of the program, students will be equipped to understand and utilize data in meaningful ways.
DIYA Research fosters data science literacy and a data-driven mindset through year-round school club activities. We partner with numerous schools, supporting students in establishing and running data science clubs. These clubs provide a comprehensive framework for high school students to develop data science competencies, equipping them for competitions and datathons in the field.
DIYA collaborates with high schools to deliver comprehensive Data Science programs, currently enriching Princeton High School’s Research Course Curriculum in NJ. Through co-teaching Python, Pandas, and Visualization, DIYA equips students with essential skills for data analysis, culminating in a capstone project.
Embracing inclusivity, we collaborate with university-led initiatives, like ChiSE, to demystify Data Science for students from communities traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields
DIYA alumni apply their CS and Data Science skills to build and expand DIYA projects.
Expanding to India, our mission is to bridge the data equity gap by introducing students to the world of data science and Western academic practices. International schools eager to collaborate can connect with us to bring this transformative experience to their students.”
