Integrating AI & Data INTO Classroom

This hands-on workshop is designed to empower middle and high school educators—across all subject areas—to build foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science, and to apply it meaningfully in their teaching practice.

Sep 13, 2025: Empowering Educators with AI & Data Thinking

In partnership with TreeLearning, DIYA Research hosted a hands-on workshop designed to help educators bring data and AI thinking into their classrooms — across subjects and grade levels.
Participants explored real-world examples, engaged in thoughtful debates on AI ethics, and discovered how to turn everyday classroom content into data-rich learning experiences.
This workshop is part of our ongoing mission to support schools in building a future-ready, data-literate generation — starting with the educators. 

Aug 5 & 6, 2025: CSTA NJ CSPD Week: AI & Data Science for Educators
As part of CSTA NJ CSPD Week, DIYA Research led a hands-on, two-day professional development workshop focused on integrating AI and Data Science into classroom teaching. The session included real-world case studies, interactive data visualizations using Tableau, and beginner-friendly coding with Python, Pandas, and Seaborn. Read more about it here.

June 1, 2025: UIUC Sponsored PD Workshop for Educators
Educators across the country participated in an interactive online session to explore how AI and data science can enhance learning. This PD workshop was sponsored by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and National Science Foundation.
